  • How can I place orders with Anstar?

  • Can I special order products you don’t carry?

    Yes, we have access to thousands of products from multiple manufacturers. If you are looking for a part needed for fire protection we can get it for you or at least point you in the right direction.

  • Does Anstar have a minimum order?

    We do not have a minimum order requirement. We appreciate and process all orders no matter the size.

  • How long does Anstar guarantee your prices?

    We typically give 30 days' notice before implementing any price increase. Quotes are valid for 24 hours unless specified otherwise. Extensions can be granted when the extension is asked for prior to the quote expiring. In the event of a pricing error or immediate pricing adjustment from the manufacturer, Anstar reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

  • What if I receive something damaged?

    If a package was damaged during transit, please notate the damage with the carrier before accepting the package. Then email or call us to process a replacement.

  • How do I return a product?

    To return any unused product email or call us the invoice number, part number, and quantity to need to return. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Does Anstar offer expedited shipping?

    Yes, we can overnight packages within the continental U.S. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the upgrade to overnight will be $24.99 per box (excludes parts that are over 50 lbs and/or Hazmat shipments.)

  • Does Anstar offer free shipping?

    Yes, orders over $300 for system parts qualify (excluding hazmat, chemical, and pipe) for free shipping. All orders over $2,100 ship free including but not limited to all system parts and hand portables.

  • Does Anstar partial ship orders?

    We work to ship orders complete, but will partially ship orders upon request. Requesting a partial shipment may require additional shipping charges, including orders that qualify for free shipping.

  • How soon can I expect my order to ship?

    Orders typically in stock order ship within 24 hours of being received.
